Once you have made your purchase we ask that you complete your IDX paperwork (if applicable) and submit the website information form (link will be received on purchase receipt via email) within 1-2 days to ensure we can complete your website within 30 days or less. To help speed up this time frame please ensure you have provided all your website assets and executed your paperwork correctly.

Internet Data Exchange (also known as the acronym IDX) allows real estate professionals to display comprehensive and updated property listing data on individually owned real estate websites.

Multiple Listing Service (also known as the acronym MLS) was created for real estate professionals to help their clients buy and sell property. It is a private database. More information can be found on the National Association of REALTORS® website.

Once Hyper-Farmer Web has sent you a temporary link of your new website design you have up to 1 design revision and 3 page revisions for your website. Landing pages do not have any design revisions, but do have up to 3 page revisions. Additional revisions may be completed, but at an additional hourly rate. When you approve the website to go live, the project is considered complete.

Yes, we have a standard support system for all of our clients. Depending on your needs we can be more involved through your day-to-day operations for an additional fee.

We take care of everything! If you already own the domain name you want to use all you have to do is provide us with the Domain Registrar’s username and password and you’re set.

Yes, we automatically include the last 5 daily backups for all of our websites. We can keep more backups at an additional fee.

No! We hate contracts. We believe we should work for your business month to month.

No, we will only help with migration if it has been purchased as a service.

No, we do not sell domains. However, we can help you purchase a domain.

Yes, we are happy to host your emails for one account with a storage capacity of 5gb. Additional email accounts and storage are available for an additional fee.

Yes, all of our websites are mobile friendly!

We don’t put a limit on your success!

We will do our best to make your site as fast as our servers will allow. If you require additional speed you can request a CDN for an additional fee.
